Eric Estlund of Winter Bicycles just popped these photos up on an internet forum I frequent. He states that the bars are made for a customer with two distinctly different arm lengths. Cool shop after the fillet brazing is done. With a ritchey bar mounted up. Awesome and talk about meeting a customer’s needs.
